Case-Mate Barely There Case UPDATE: *Now Available*

are these cases rubbery? i had a rubbery case on my last phone and i didnt like it because it was hard to put into my pocket and then i would fight with it to pull it out of my pockets which most of the time brought the whole pocket out with it.

No not at all. Easy to slide in and out of pocket. I know what you mean about the rubbery ones though. I don't like them either.

Always wanted to get one of these for my incredible based on GoBlueJD's review, but never got around to it. Would definitely buy one for the my Bolt.

Hopefully our devices will endure the wait. By the way if you drop your phone a lot lol, i don't think this type of case is for you. Get something sayy rugged?

Yea this might not we the best protection when it comes to dropping, but for everyday wear and tear, this is where its at.

Thanks! Thats what I was thinking, that I would need something more rugged. I have purchased a case from case mate that I believe will do the trick...

I tend to drop my phone a lot...do these cases offer enough protection?

Looking at the video on their website of the EVO Barely There Case it looks alot like the same coverage you get from the Shell & Holster Combo you can pick up from the Verizon store. That is the one I picked up for my Thunderbolt and gives me just enough protection and does not seem to add much bulk.

Well they had one for the inspire 4G a few weeks after its release so hopefully this is coming out soon as well.

Thanks for the heads up. I have been waiting on this. I had one for my Inc which I used in conjunction with the soundgate m2 car dock and loved the setup.

NO! In fact they offer very little drop protection at all and usually fly off on impact. You are much better off with a tight fitting glossy TPU type case that covers the entire circumference of the handset.

Do you guys think this case would work with the VZW car dock? I love the dock, but hate how I can't use any cases. :(
