Cdc serial

i have a new samsung galaxy s 2 and it says it required "CDC SERIAL" to be loaded.

How do I get this to work.

I spent 6 hours on the phone to Samsung Tech. Support today and had not glory.

What I want to do is sync. the phone with Outlook.

How can this be acheived?

I found this, but I am not sure if it is helpful. Why CDC Serial Device installation fails on Windows Vista and 7 ?

You should also try asking in Samsung Galaxy S2 - Android Forums where other users of the same phone will have better knowledge.
