I tried it once last night. When it kept bootlooping, I reverted to my nand backup.

Tried it twice today, same thing. Think I will stay with current rom a bit longer.

Does it make a difference that I'm coming from 2.3.4 ?
 
No it does not, do you do a full wipe, not a dirty flash ??

For some on 1.5 s off is recommended, it's just hit and miss with s on users. It booted for me and I'm s on.
 
I've been running this for a couple of days and like it a lot. That swagger button is hilarious.
I don't know what it does... but I have to keep it on haha

This and the ParanoidAndroid roms have been my favorites so far.
 
Ah, it was my mistake. I didn't do a full-wipe. I didn't understand that a normal wipe was different than a full wipe. Now I know :p

I deleted the KK rom before I realized what the issue was. I went with Paranoid, but had issues with the camera. I tried to fix that and then it ended up bootlooping. I tried to fix the bootlooping and then I gave up. I must've spent over 12 hours on trying to get JB so I figured it was time to move on.

I am using Cool (ICS) rom at the moment (which is still a step up from GB).

What do you guys think of the KK ROM? How does it compare with Paranoid?

It's similar to Paranoid but it has its own little tweaks to it too. I like it, been using it close to a week I think.
 
Anyone have issues getting 3G with KK? I like the ROM a lot except I can't ever seem to connect.
I don't remember if I had that issue with PA since I don't use 3G that often but might as well.

I'm not, is 3g just not connecting or what's going on?
 
Pretty much that. Regardless if I use the toggle or go straight into setting and do it... I can never get 3G come up.
My 3G isn't that great over here but I could always get it to come up regardless.
 
Well I am not currently on KK, but when i did check for the short period, 3G worked fine. When you flash to did a full flash and not a dirty flash, also you did not change the kernel, you are using the Stock

Nope, I haven't done anything with kernels. Never have.
I'm too scared I'll eff something up.
 
A dirty flash is when you flash over another Rom without doing a full wipe and wiping partitions excluding SD card.
