Is there anyway I can downgrade my 1.5 hboot without a Linux computer?

Why do you want to downgrade? Are you trying to gain s-off?

No. I wanna run cm9 but it doesn't work with 1.5+ hboot versions.

and I'm not s-off. Can you downgrade easily if you're s-off?
Yes. I just did this last night. After rooting, I did the j-bear (wire trick) method to obtain s-off. It put hboot at 1.5. A few weeks ago, I upgraded to 1.58. Then last night, I switched to 1.4. Brian was talking about me. You're best bet is to obtain s-off before pressing forward, since this will give you complete writing abilities.
Check out the link below for more info. on obtaining s-off (security off) using the juopunutbear (wire trick) method. This will place your hboot at 1.5.

Not my how-to or anything, just what I used. Familiarize yourself with both the instructions and the video, and you should be fine. The key will be the timing part when you do the wire trick itself. The juopunutbear software tells you when to do the trick.
Like I said, this will put you at hboot 1.5 and give you s-off. In essence, you'll be "fully rooted". You'll have complete writing abilities after this point. Once you do this, check back in and we can get you down to 1.4. However, that's a whole other process. Super easy, especially when you have s-off.
