Root [CDMA] Mean ICS replace Ring Lock

Hi All,

With the non ICS versions of a couple ROMS I was able to replace the ring lock that comes with the Evo 3D relatively easily, now that I'm on Mean ICS I can't figure out how to do this. I would be fine with the old lock style (drag to the right) or no lock at all at that stage and just having the face recognition lock (this would be ideal).

Thanks in advance

I've flashed this Rom before and I don't remember being able to switch the lock screen my best advice is to download go locker to change your lock screen since mean isn't pre loaded with leedroid tweaks

You can use the app from the Play Store called I think No Lock, that will disable your lock screen

I'm running MeanROM now, but have experimented with several different ROMs over the last few weeks. I love the leedroid tweeks and what you can do to alter certain aspects of the phone. Since MeanROM doesn't come with leedroid, I searched and found the .zip file for the most recent version, which is 4.3.0. I downloaded the .zip to my phone (from my phone over wi-fi) and used my file explorer app to verify which folder it was placed in. From here, I used 4Ext to enter into recovery, did a full wipe (dalvik, cache, and full reset), selected leedroid .zip file to download, and did a reboot. Voila! I now have MeanROM with leedroid tweaks, and changing the lock screen is now possible.

Thanks Steve, exactly what I was looking for. I think the last rom I used had this built in with it. Going to test it out as soon as I can get the download.
