Root [CDMA] {Rooted}Reboot issue Please help

Hi my girl has a rooted evo 3d and this issue just recently started. Every time her phone dies it must be fastbooted in order to reboot no matter what rom I use. I also have a rooted evo 3d with no issues like that. Ive tried the stock rom and no matter what it has to be booted through fastboot if it dies or if she just reboots same issue. Please let me know what can be done its hboot 1.50 s-on.Thanks and hope to hear back soon.

Vidal, sorry to hear about your GF issues, I will move your post to the rooted section for proper help and support

Please post as much info on the Rom she is on, and what recovery is she using.
 
She is on ViperRom Redline V2.5 RC2 s-on twrp recovery Almost same as me but im on a stock rom and I put hers on that but same issue no matter what. Thank you
 
Have you tried a different recovery program? Try 4ext. I'd try flashing a new ROM using this recovery. When you do, make sure you go into Settings and select SmartFlash. See what happens from there.
 
By dies, do you mean the battery is completely run down until the phone shuts off? If so I have heard of several people having issues when that happens. The general consensus seems to be don't let the phone die completely. I never have. When I get close and I can't charge, i shut my phone off until I get to a charger. I mean, if the phone dies you can't use it anyway, so might as well shut it down 15 minutes earlier!
 
I will try 4ext thanks ill let you know when I do and if that helped . @ brian706 yes she let's it die and I've told her a bunch of times don't she didn't listen for awhile until she couldnt use her phone I wouldn't boot it for her ha she's gettin better now still I will try what turbos81 said and let you guys know thank you I was on viper Rom to and no issues its all roms no changes when I flashed a different one on hers so i will try new recovery
