Root [CDMA] Time to root is now can someone please help

Omg Brian need help trying to unlock boatloader says I have to update before u proceed I successfully did HTC dev account they give three options on side of page google zip something then java then for windows due I update those and I don't see my option so do I skip page ..it also gives that option help me buddy
 
Robert are you talking about the red asterisk (*)?

If yyou are on hboot 1.58 that is the latest. You are on Sprint, correct? If so, just select Evo 3d (sprint) then choose continue.
