Root Changing Network Sevice for LG Esteem

I want to switch an LG Esteem from MetroPCS to Boostmobile. Is there a straight forward way of accomplishing this task?
 
about near impossible. IRCC Metro uses same spectrum as Verizon, Boost is a Sprint MVNO with a diff spectrum.
 
metro/t mobile is merging but you prob could switch to a diff plan,but nt sure how much betr you would b if there merging?
