Is there anyway to change the charging animation when the phone is powered off, i saw a lg nitro at att&t ad would like to port it. ima check the recovery partion right now.

This came up awhile back.
Someone (Isaac?) Said they remembered seeing it somewhere, but couldn't remember where. They were looking but I don't remember it being found. Hope you can find it.
