Help Charging issues

My gf had this same problem with her 4g. Are you using the standard HTC charger that came with your phone or a cheap charger? Charging it from the wall or USB port?

Are you using the standard HTC charger though? If so try pulling the battery 5 - 10 minutes. If its still doing it only thing I could think is your charging port may be starting to go bad
