So far, so good. I might just survive.

Nephew of 12 calls with Hubby Dear. It is about games. Call of Duty has Zombies, and nephew wants to play that game really badly.
Cousin: "Hey, hey those zombies, are they a little scary ..? '
Marco: "Well, no, they are sort of little dead dudes, with old clothes."
Cousin: "Is there any blood?"
Marco: "Zombies have no more blood."
Cousin, 'Oh, okay, so that's not so bad ... "

I think any arguments why he should not have that game, are wiped off the table ... Sorry mom and dad

I don't really see the benifits of the site there, i heard we would get a bigger Avatar image, but that's something that wouldn't getting me over... And than we have the other possible motivation of upgrading and that is helping the site.... I don't use this site enough to really symphatize with the server costs..... .
Maybe someone could tell me all the benifits beside the bigger avatar image and the VIP only forums.

Yeah the bigger avatar thing was with our old software, not the latest.
And the VIP forum is just another Lounge, no big deal.
Members have asked that the new VIP includes getting rid of our (often overbearing) ads - but we don't have a final decision from the site owner on his latest decision or plans, so I don't want to promise that either.
If you don't use the site enough to sympathize with the server costs, that's cool, a lot of people are that way. Please support us by letting your buds know that we're here, we're different, and we may be helpful if they have Android questions.
A lot of people go premium just to support the awesomeness of getting help with the right phone or apps or the help solving problems.
Others support the awesomeness by passing on what they've learned to the next person, or hitting the like or best answer button on a good post, or just by dropping by and pleasantly shooting the breeze - whether on Android or what the best name is for a cat or the best deals on auto parts.
It's all good.
On behalf of the volunteers working here (and that's virtually all of us) I want to thank you for asking - it raises awareness and that's fair enough!
PS - premium benefits are subject to change, site announcements will be made when that happens.

I am coming from the world of XDA, and i personally hate XDA...
The XDA moderators have been really rude to me and other Android developers.
I decided to remove my account and close that part of Android life, i had good times there met some great people there, but it was time to another part of Android life. I came across different sites including AndroidForums ( AF ), Android Central & Droidforums.
I started to join Droidforums, i must say it was a very nice and kind forum with kind people, but after a amount of time where all the mods critizing me about my SIG, i only putted my email into it with the text: 'Mail me for any Android related help or developer help' .
They said that you have to be a sponsor member or something that i forgot ( don't know how it was called ) .
So i just leaved that forum also because i think it's weak if you are going to limit the given help to other users, i just made them aware of a other way of getting help.
But whatever...
Then i came across AndroidCentral, and it was for me directly, GO!
There was nothing in there unfortunately, i just had no connection/feeling with the from my opinion mainstream users.
Then i finally came across this forum, i directly checked out the lounge because that's from my opinion the beating heart of the forums.
It was such a smooth and kind zone and i stayed there till now.
Really enjoying it to read all the forums and the topic and at most the Lounge of course.
Now yesterday was i planning to make myself a VIP/gold member so that i will stay here defenitly.
But i came to the VIP page and then i saw AD Free.... I don't care about ads.
I'm visiting AndroidForums ( AF ) from my chromebook and i haven't seen any annoying ad.
Whatever, i like this forums most so maybe in future when there is more released for VIP/pro/gold users than i'm back in VIP town baby
For now will i just resume with viewing the forums and maybe in a couple of weeks when i'm settled good with college and all the other temporily mess will i start contributing again.
