you guys are highlarious! im lol!!!! and typing with one hand

with a glass of wine in the other!;o i made my famous extremely high calorie and fat ( full on heavy cream and butter) fettuccine alfredo...for meatless monday:)
did 3 peoples taxes
now I have to do my own..
honestly sometimes i think i might be too nice:) have too much empathy..if there is such a thing? actually no i don't think there is...
anywho...I make so much food I usually end up throwing it away...until recently..I now freeze it in portions and give them to a couple of my elderly neighbors..the guy who does occasional handyman lawn work for us...his parents..and sometimes the lady across the street...i AM a phenomenal cook after all!:) it's really all about the fanfare!..the oohh's and aaah's!! the your so talented etc etc etc:):)
on a side ramble note...my Birthday is this Friday!!! and if anyone wanted to get me a present:):)
you could go meatless for just that day....it would mean the world to me !!! hell I'll even cook you dinner:)
but diamonds money and trips are all fine too:)

and I DO have a video..actually several:) my favorite is of me and my 12 yo sailing...it IS funny tho

I am SO taxed out..I have nothing left to give(back of hand on forehead eyes blinking in an exaggerated faint) and a southern accent:)
 
and..ramble:) I'm seriously considering buying a crappy house on 10 acres up north...because I feel sorry for the elderly couple ( the guy who does odd jobs etc..watches my house and animals when we r away I've known him for years his parents)who inherited it but can't pay the property taxes and need help...ughhhh he needs help too...and I do regularly help him out...I sometimes don't understand how just getting by is any way to live...it makes me sad...and they are the nicest people...
 
wait! that may have sounded not what I intended....I just meant I would like to help them is all...they are in their 70's with a ding dong of a son:) and prob not a lot of retirement income to count on...they both still work...I have the dad do stuff for me when i can too...for extra pocket cash...but the whole have- have not thing kinda disturbs me immensly makes me feel guilty..always has...always will

Happy Birthday Huh.

Your birthday wish (meatless day) gave me an excuse to try out something I've wanted to try for a few years now. So I picked up some onion and pepper pizza. It is actually better than I imagined. (Where is the mouth drooling icon?)

it's good isn't it? I usually get onion pepper and black olive...:)
or cheese and green olive...but only from this certain pizza place..
or feta and tomato..again only from a different certain pizza place
or cheese and red pepper flakes from ...hahaha!

tonight I will watch a marathon of American Horror Story...I'm addicted!
I have to get up kind of early to cook ,,and grill hundreds of burgers and hot dogs..pop corn etc...running the concessions at a Lax tourney tomorrow...what was I thinking???
