Class Action Lawsuit?

That is inline with the email response I got saying a new software update was being rolled out in phases from 5/9 to 5/22. I also received a voicemail from them about my email saying the same thing, but it sounded like 5/23 was mentioned as the end date. My email question was specifically about the touchscreen issue update, but no specific mention of that was in the answer about this update, though it seems that is indeed what the update is about.

I have not received an update notification yet and I'm kind of glad I didn't since people are having wifi problems after updating.
