Root Clean EVO but keep root

I plan on giving my rooted EVO to a family member. Is there a quick way to clean it but leave rooted? By clean it I mean remove all downloaded apps, email accounts, data (music, movies), etc. Basically factory issued but rooted. Or do I manually uninstall each app, email account, movie, music, etc.

Just wipe everything but SD card in recovery and flash a new ROM. Make sure to wipe the SD card after flashing :)

do a full wipe, factory reset and flash the rooted stock rom found HERE
that should do it for ya...
 
Thank you! This helps. I'm not sure when I will do this but at least I now have a game plan. I like the idea of using a ROM without all the bloatware. I am not familiar with mikg or swag but will research these.
 
They are both well made ROMS with the bloatware removed and things sped up.

Personally, if I were setting up a family member with a ROM (and I have... 2 of them :p), I would choose MikG. MikG seems to be the level of stability and speed to which the other ROMS are compared, and it is one of the ROMS that many people end up flashing back to after toying with other ROMS. I have nothing against the swag ROMS, but Mik has had a history of producing stable ROMS without troubles.

It has sense 2.1+3.0 so youll notice some nifty differences over the sense 1.0 stock ROMS. It also has the hacked wifi hotspot so you dont need to pay $30 a month to use it (swag also includes this).
