Help Clearing "phone memory" question.

Newbie here. Went to reply to a text and received a message stating phone memory full, please delete some files. I deleted all my old messages and still get this message from time to time. So,how do I clear up my phone memory so I dont have to worry about this in the future ? Thanks in advance.

remove some apps. If your on 2.2 move the movable apps to the SD card

If you are rooted get a cache cleaner from the market.

Apps 2 sd will help you.
Also if your using 2.2 you have the option of using Dark Tremors Apps 2 SD. This also allows you to put your Dalvik Cache on sd as well...... So you will almost never runout of room unless you have half a billion apps or somthing.
