When I plug my phone in and start the LG Click root application it starts up but when I start step 1 it just goes to step 2 but does nothing to my phone how do I fix this?

I just used this method.

Does this clear system caches?

There is now nothing showing in /data/data/com.google.android.location/files/ and I need those files for forensic purposes.

True. But it was quick, easy, and I was already halfway through before I noticed. At this point it's too late and I need to confirm if it clears anything in this location or not.
