Help Clock question

This is probably a stupid questions, but im full of them.. :D I just got my X last night and im noticing some of you have the clock displayed bigger accross the top of your homepage as well as current weather... my clock is tiny in the top right.. How do i adjust this? god im so lost with this thing.

Welcome. Congrats on a fine purchase. Simply long press the widget. It should give your the option to resize. :)

Widget is any program on your desktop that independently performs a function, rather than just opening up another program. Examples: clock (tells time) weather (shows weather report), battery widget (shows changes in battery power and sometimes phone temperature).

What bbuck is referring to is this: Beautiful Widgets - Android app on AppBrain

Steven and everyone else, thanks so much for the help thus far.. I downloaded beautiful widgets and got the clock/weather setup.. I love it. I also just tried to apply new toggle widgets, and i cant figure out how to apply it.. any advice on this? What else can i do with this app?

sure. long press on the home screen. when you see "add to home screen" select "widgets".
then select beaut. tog. widgets. voila!

got it... i had to move the clock to another page.. i was trying to press in between widgets.. This has been consuming me all day. Is it sad to say im addicted to figuring this thing out?

It is indeed sad, because YOU HAVEN'T EVEN ROOTED YET! Wait until you're playing with root until 5 in the morning! ;)

You are asking questions because you are not afraid to learn. That beats the heck out of someone who just sits there and complains about the phone not working. You will get great advice from very patient people.
