Root ClockMon_RA - Recovery Options?

I am looking to find if Bart or Koush (or anyone for that matter) every listed a guide on Amon_RA and ClockworkMod on what each setting is and what is does?

Example..

ClockworkMod Recovery - Version v2.6.0.1


RECOVERY


- reboot system now (Reboots your device)
- apply sdcard:update.zip
...No
...No
...No
...No
...No
...No
...No
...Yes - Install /sdcard/update.zip (will apply any update.zip on your sdcard)
...No
...+++++Go Back+++++
- wipe data/factory reset
- install zip from sdcard
- backup and restore
- mounts and storage
- advances

I just threw that together as an example.

I'd like to know EXACTLY what happens when you click the options, so I can reference it in the Guide.

Any information is appreciated.

If you look at the amon ra thread at xda, you can see he has provided a basic description of each option:

It doesn't go through *every* screen, but I'm sure it will help. It doesn't look like Koush did this for clockwork, though. As far as Amon RA is concerned, I'd be happy to go through all the menu options, and describe them in a little more detail in the format you want. I don't have time right now, but I can certainly do it later tonight if you need.
