Root Clockwork Mod Touch For The Triumph?

go to the clockworkmod site and click on rom manager and then select a touch recovery. More than likely it won't work. The only way to easily get this to work is to port it from a phone that is similar and has the official touch version of CMWR...

Edit: The thunderbolt and desire s have the official version so porting it from of those devices may work although I don't know anything about recoveries...
 
So you would recommend to try to port clockwork from the thunderbolt ? I think I read at XDA that this phones variant has clockwork touch working, the hawueii ideos X6 or how ever it's spelled, would that Work ?

The x6 has a different touch recovery (that isn't even a port of the CWMR touch version) that works on the MT but it is buggy and doesn't fully work. I would try porting it from the Thunderbolt or Desire S although I don't know how well it would work and don't know how to go about porting recoveries...
 
Do you know the technical name for the thunderbolt ? Like the Droid bionic is A.K.A. targa, & the OG Droid is called A.K.A. sholes. Do we know that naewme for the thunderbolt

Do u think u could port this Jaay
Dogg or any dev for that matter would be cool to have on our phones if someone could tell me how I would attempt it myself
 
I don't know, almost a solution to a non-existent problem. I much prefer something as low level as recovery to be as simple and elegant as possible. Also while in recovery or download mode it's not like our font is very large to be clicking on.
 
It would be easier to put a triumph kernel in the x6 touch recovery than port a completely different phone with a different internal memory structure
The reason why the x6 is buggy is because it has an x6 kernel in it. Just like the overclocked doom kernel we first used in the triumph was way buggy on our phone es because it was an x6 kernel!
