How can I check that, whether it's branded/unbranded.
How can it be an India branded, as I bought in Dubai...

its not as simple as that

HTC do not have warehouses in every continent.
most devices do not have branding however for some reason ARA is htc india and as such htc india (barti/airtel branded) provide the handsets for the entire middle east
