Root ClockWorkMod Recovery Loop.. Ugh... Best Way Out?

So i f'ed up and now i can't figure out how to reboot the system and get the hell out of the recovery. Whats the best way guys? Been ditting here for 3 hours trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Thanks

The only way is via ADB using either the standard LG drivers, or the fastboot drivers.

What is ABD and where could i find the LG and fastboot drivers? Thanks
