Root CM 10.1 with new 3.16 touchpanel

Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone knows if there will be a CM10.1 ROM that will be 3.16 touchpanel firmware compatible? I have found that the latest touchpanel firmware is slightly more responsive and smoother. I am using MeanBean 3.09 ROM, but I would prefer CM10.1 if the 3.16 touchpanel would work with it. Anyone has any idea if that is something that will be addressed in the not so distant future?

nope nothing yet. but if you are s-off then you can always downgrade tp so it will not be an issue....i think we have s-off and can downgrade now that you will not see a fix for aosp roms with tp....but that is just an assumption on my part.
 
The thing is I am s-off, but I've found that the new 3.16 touchpanel firmware is more responsive. When using the 3.15 touchpanel firmware, sometimes I have to touch the screen again in order for it to register. I tested the 3.15 (older) touchpanel firmware with both CM10.1 and MeanBean 3.09, and it is slightly less responsive. With the 3.16 touchpanel firmware and a stock 3.16 ROM or MeanBean 3.09, my HTC EVO 4G LTE responds as quickly to touch as my Nexus 7 running stock. Hopefully someone will eventually find a way for CM10.1 to work with the 3.16 touchpanel firmware :-(

have you tried pacman or carbon? i never had any issues with tp. however, i have not tried the latest tp. plus i think they are better then cm10 as there are more tweaks added.
 
Well it seems I did find a problem with Carbon ROM [4-28-13]. My data keeps dropping or stalling at least twice a day or so. I have to disable the data and then enable it to make it work again. Not sure if this has anything to do with the 4G to 3G handoff. I am using the 1.12.11.1210 (latest) baseband version. Any advice on how to correct the issue? I love this ROM, but if it continues I have to revert back to MeanBean 3.09 or another ROM :-(

is your prl and profile up to date as well? i do not have this issue. maybe try and wipe dalvik cache and cache and see if that helps or re-wipe dalvik cache, cache and then re-flash the rom.
