Root CM 7 screen on/off animation

[Droid_Genius]

Is anyone running CM 7, I know its still in the early stages but I was wondering is there a trick to making the screen on/off animation work cause I have the boxes checked but nothing happens just operates like normal android on/off?

Are you referring to the old Tube TV style of the screen going out when you press the power button to turn the screen off?

If so, it may not be a functional feature yet. I am waiting for it to be Stable before I FLASH that bad boy. ^_^ Or at least in the Nightlies.

I just dl'ed build#47 and it's working for me....."it's" being the old tube tv going off animation. Nice touch btw.

Is this the new GB Screen Off animation? Anyone know if there's a sense version?

Yea I just ended up testing Evervol out and his 1.0.1a1 I believe thats the number is really good and it could be used as a daily, its the best GB out running so far I think. Has screen animation for on and off. I dont know what was going on but when I connected to WiFi it reboot like heck and I uninstalled it and just going to stick with RLS 5 for a while.
