Root CM10 progress Update Thread

Unzip Mms fix put apk file in system/app overwrite original file (do a backup if u want) change permissions to r w r r reboot app is in main app drawer
 
And I wonder what's wrong on your end with the proximity sensor. If anything, my proximity sensor has always worked since the testing. It works now, but I use headphones to take phone calls because I've grown used to doing that with my iPod.
 
How do I remove the cursor I have to move it over everything before I

As far as I know...

GPS still doesn't work. (daddcup has provided a fix, which can be found here. http:// http//www.4shared.com/zip/Vg9o4u4u/fix_gps_2.html May or may not work.)
Huge red border around screen during times.
Proximity sensor (experienced by scottc291)
MMS still doesn't work. (daddcup has also provided a fix found here fix for Mms.apk - Download - 4shared)
Camera works, but can only take photos. No videos or panorama.
Bluetooth still doesn't work.

"You have different touchscreen from other users (for most its t1320, for you its s7020). To get rid from cursor you need to find in cm10/pa/aokp rom's folder system\usr\idc\ the file t1320.idc and rename it to s7020.idc. Then reboot and cursor should be gone."

Thank you. Getting a little hard to track with everyone requesting bugfixes.

Have a little patience everyone. This is just testing right now. The more we request bugfixes instead of reporting bugs, the more we distract them from making it a final complete release.
 
Thanks for point me to the right direction here the first fix for GPS guys do the same as the other copy GPS file to system/lib/hw then rw r r then the same with the lib files in system/lib then rw r r for permission
And reboot

Gps is working! AWESOME! This will now be my daily user. The other bugs don't bug me that much. Lol. I need GPS for work though. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Did u just install the new files and change permissions? Because I just did it and my gps isn't working.
