I dont even think root is available for it yet, when/if root is ever available for it in the near future all we would need is a system dump of that bad boy and we'll compare the kernel to see the differences. we'll use the rest of the system as a possible build for it.

Idk wtf is wrong with me, we can just grab the decompile kernel from samsungs opensource page lol.
 
I could but then I'd be downloading it and reuploading it to dropbox all from my 3g connection..

Looks like this is gonna grow into something good
How difficult would it be to compare and tweak maybe once we get that things can get rolling to build on top of it.

I dont really know how to explain it since its so straight forward already... click the link.. and when the popup comes up click accept and pick a reason for wanting to download it (doesn't matter which one). If you're not getting the popup then see if your browser is blocking it, if you are doing it from a phone then may god help you for posting here before trying it on a pc :P

i tried my pc and my phone couldnt get it

There you go, even though it will need major work and brick many phones and just it might not even boot at all, its all we got and thats the best there is for our phone.

it sucks we can't have the Abilities of 4.0+ but that'll happen someday.
For now let's just focus on MegaTron 6.0.+
i'm sure over time Chev and mav will implement several features CM7 has and maybe some extra different things, 6.0.4 will have a dozen new nik-naks when it comes out, and we at-least know it works lol.
