Root CM12.1 Unofficial Beta

How much did your 128GB card cost and that 2GBs from the card is acting as ram for the phone?

The card was on sale a month ago, cost me $69.10 including tax. As for the 2GB SWAP Partition, it barely gets used because of ZRAM being enabled and set by me to use half of the device RAM as compressed SWAP but it helps when I run a Arch Linux chroot on my device.

so you only use it for ram swap?

Thanks eduardog131.
Seems not work yet.
Although observing RingPlus in the top left side of my phone, I still cannot make any calls, and cannot, say, Dial ##72786#... always report incorrect number/code.
Usually takes a while for it to initialize itself. Took about 20 minutes to get LTE on VM..Just keep trying.

I waited for hours and it still failed when calling any number/code including ##MSL#, ##786#, ##72786#, etc.
I also reinstalled this CM12.1 ROM and BlissPop with Ringplus.zip... the behavior is the same. Need help. Thanks!

Yes its a good driver as mtp won't work without it (but ptp does work without drivers) (in recovery it does not need drivers)

It needs "lge androidnet ndic Ethernet adapter" driver

For anyone having the LTE issue when going back to stock I have found a way to fix it.

1. Turn the device off and remove the SIM card.

2. Power up and let everything load

3. Power off the device and put them SIM card back in

4. power back up

And you should have immediate LTE network reception!

I did a clean install of the latest build and it is the most stable one this far! I've got my LTE working as it should and the volt automatically connects to the data network without having to go back into the APN menu everytime!

The FM radio uses your headphone/speaker cord as a transmitter so if you dont have anything plugged in you wont get any radio. If you did a clean flash your FM radio should work fine(I'm in a basement listening to it on mine)

the swap works and i meant 32GB....my prevail lte takes up to 128gb and i got the swap to work on it and made the swap but, it doesnt show in settings that the memory is 32GB but the internal memory remains the same for the most part and the external shows it as being used up when downloading and installing apps....

In case anybody is wondering our phones do actually support High Capacity sd cards. I've been using a 64gb card for storage (despite some sites reporting 32gb as the max)

Is your Sprint LTE / Sprint EHRDP APN set to n.r5.ispsn? Maybe that's why you haven't gotten data?

Global is a mode I suppose is meant for foreign GSM SIM roaming. Domestic GSM networks do not work. (AT&T / T-Mobile) Even if you try to use a SIM card from another carrier, this phone doesn't have GSM bands IIRC, and you wouldn't be able to use another SIM card (that's foreign) without having taken the Sprint UICC card unlock in stock. So yeah.
