Root Cm7 GPS Issues

I use Google Navigation often but while on cm7 I have to manually turn off GPS then turn it back on which will enable GPS for me again.

I remember on a previous cm7 version there being a major GPS issue that was resolved by using a sense rom and using the dialpad to enter a code and it would somehow reset GPS. Is this what I need to do on this version too? If so, what's the number that i need to dial? Thank you

It worked well! I am not having any GPS problems. Its not getting my exact locatoion but I think its because I'm in a house but the signal is getting very close to me which is pretty accurate.

I used the one specifically for cyanogen.
 
Update: It's still running really well. CM7 has other isolated problems but GPS is fully functional for me.

By the way, does anyone have any trouble using Google Maps (App) in CM7? I am forced to use Mapquest (yuck lol) because every time that I open Google Maps, it stays open for a good 5-7 minutes then freezes and restarts the phone. And when I say every time, I mean every time that I have used it. I installed a GAPPS to get Maps and those other Google Apps so could that be my problem? The other Google Apps aren't malfunctioning though, just Maps. My phone does like to freeze and restart on random apps but more so on Maps than any other app.
 
Maybe try uninstalling and then reinstalling straight from the market? I use it when I use navigation (which granted, isn't very often) but I've never had any issues.

I'll try that and see how it works. Oddly enough, I went on Maps today and used it (haven't used it in a few weeks) and it was fine for the 5-7 minutes that I used it. I'll try uninstalling/reinstalling it still just to see how well it does.
 
I first flashed decks gb 1.3 gps seemed fine but it got slightly slow after using a few days, I downloaded in flashed the qualcom driver and damn its locked in split second.
every time.
