Root CM7 Help

I'm installing CM7 right now, when I try to install CM7 from sd card it keeps aborting the installation. What do i do?

phone rooted already I'm guessing, clockworkmod installed and what version?

def sounds like it. May even want to redownload the CM7 file.

I just temp flashed to CM6, I'm gonna try this out for a little while.

I ran 3.0.2.4 and have flashed back and forth from CM6 to CM7 about 10 times now...lol...

I am running into a big issue. when I get to the "copy gapps and cm7 .zips to sd card" step, I open the file manager and see "CD Drive F: Huawei Ascend M860" drive there. But this drive is read only, showing the following folders:

document
res
us_driver
autorun.inf
and some other files.

Windows shows that this drive is only 11.8MB


I can't copy CM7 zip file on this drive.
