Root CM7 Installation for LG Optimus C

I just bought an LG Optimus C to replace or "upgrade" my damaged Ascend. I like the new LG however having Icarus on my Ascend spoiled me and I'm interested in flashing CM7. Does anyone have DETAILED step by step instructions for doing so on my Optimus? They just didn't quite get it right and I need a custom ROM.

Have you looked in the most obvious place yet?
The All Things Root Sticky has everything you need to root/recovery/custom ROM.
Most are in fact step by step guides.
Maybe you could try looking there if you want to get a CM-7 ROM on your phone.

In order to have posted a step by step in this thread for your request would have taken up a couple of hours of a members time, when it is already in the ATR for you to look at.

You're absolutely right and thank you. That last post was completely out of line and I was frustrated at the time but following you and everyone else's advice I kept on it and kept researching and have solved my own problem with the fantastic help these forums provide. Sorry everybody for my dumb whiny comments and thank you.
