Root CM7 MMS Issues

i flashed to cm7 a few days ago and everything works great except for my mms, ive tried the mms fix for cm7 made sure the dot was green then i rebooted my phone but my mms still doesnt work

is there anything else i can do to fix it?

dunno, you had to do something wrong. I've flashed all three (ROM, gapps, m metroff) and MMS work fine after I enable the APN.

Are you trying to send mms over wifi? It has to be sent with data. If thats not the problem no clue.

its fixed!! i had to put my phone number @mymetropcs.com and it worked

I've seen a post that says to do that and set password metropcs.. Did you do that too?

I noticed problems as well, my friends were getting scrambled messages (gyrndk$^%*%$$) instead of MMS messages. I noticed if I sent a picture with a larger message (which would have to be MMS) it would go through fine. But.... Then I noticed when you push the menu button while sending the message, you see an option that says "Add Subject". So I added a subject, and bam. The large message was sent without a picture. and that is for my Huawei Assend for cricket wireless, which I heard is damn near the same as MetroPCS. Let me know if it works.

i cant seem to recieve the mms messages but i can send them
