Just flashed latest cm7 latest gapps and latest tiamat sbc

wipe dalvik cache and cache and see if that helps.
 
which gapps file did you flash? have you tried the one in the roms/kernel sticky? also go to the cm7 forums. they have a list of the current and previous gapp files.
 
Also did you flash cm7 and gapps in one recovery session. A while back i flashed cm7 and booted up then went back in to recovery and flashed gapps and it gave me problems that way.
 
I flashed the latest gapps from the stick. 8/22/11 I believe it is. Rebooted and wiped cache and dalvic cache between every step.. cm7 then gapps then tiamat.
