I'm not able to get texts I can send but not receive. I'm using the stock messenger

First make a Nandroid of your current CyanogenMod 7 ROM. After that, try restoring the Nandroid of your stock ROM and updating the Profile and PRL, then go back to the CyanogenMod 7 Nandroid.

It always a good thing to send/receive a few texts after updating prl and profile update before restoring the nandroid

Oh, I pretty much figured doing that was obvious and implied. Haha. 
My thought was, if you are going to all the trouble of restoring back to your stock ROM, obviously you would test texting after updating the Profile and PRL while still on that ROM. Either way, I hope it helps.

thanks to all!! i don't know why i didn't think of that duh. it worked like a charm infact once i returned to sense it started receiving texts lol. but all is good now thanks to all again.
