Root cm7 / titanium backup

i have an sprint evo, and recently converted to cm7. before i did this i backup up everything to titanium back up. i now have two big problems, first is my calendars database. i used calengoo calendar and booked all of my appointment for months out on this my job depends on it , and it appears that all of that info is gone. is it somewhere in the titanium back up that i can retrieve it some kind of way . secondly, i have lost some of my client contacts, once again, is there anyway to retrieve it.
if i go back to stock ROM will my info still be there?

i dont think that i did a nandriod back up . and as far as i know my contacts were linked , but some are missing

ok always make a nandroid backup before you make any changes to your phones system whether that is flashing a rom, kernel, any themes or mods. cause you never know when you will need it especially if things go wrong. just remember that nandroids are your best friend.

on that note you may have some data saved in the apps in titanium backup. but like i said i would not restore system data, unless you want your phone to force close a lot. and as far as your contacts then, i'm sorry to say that they are lost. if you had a nandroid backup then you could have just gone back to it.
