Root cm7 to liberty 2.0

So I'm running cm7 nightly 35 and been hearing good things about liberty 2.0 so I wanna give it a go how do I install liberty 2.0 while I'm on cm7 do I just installed zip from clockwork recovery?

that should be a froyo rom
do you mean Apex 2.0 rc2?
or Liberty's Justice Rom?

to install justice, you just need to wipe data and cache from cm7
to install apex rc2 you need to sbf back to froyo, *make a back up on stock rooted froyo*
then flash rooted .596 ota
and make a backup after you flash it, your going to want to for multiple reasons
then flash apex rc2

if it is, you need to sbf back to froyo, and root with z4root, then use dx bootstrapper, and wipe data and cache, and then install liberty 2.0

You can find it in the liberty toolbox. Download from the market. I tried out liberty for fun earlier today, definitely not as good as the GB versions.

if you went from cm7 to justice
you would never know you were off of cm7

exactly, i kept thinkin hrm miui just keeps making me thing i need to learn more about it, but at the same time, id rather stick with cm7 because, i have finally gotten my battery life on track

MIUI sounds interesting, but not interesting enough......maybe i'll try it out later.

its really not that great, the themes seem to change with every app, and thats not cool at all lol


now im getting great battery life with cm4dx using imo tweaks and battery calibration ^_^

My battery life has never really been that bad on CM7, though it could be a little better I suppose.

Battery life is my only real issue as well but I do alot of web surfing and what not so I suppose its some what normal just wish it was a bit better also

I tried Liberty 0.8 first and then CM7. Not leaving CM7 right now. Fast, smooth and no bugs for me.
