Cm9 reboot problem

Hey guys I recently s-offed and rooted and installed cm9. Everything worked and it booted normally but whenever I reboot my phone it gets stuck at the cm9 boot animation. Also when I try to install Google Apps it also gets stuck at the cm9 boot screen. Is there anyway to fix it ? I can still use the phone normally but I can't turn it off. Thanks.

Did you wipe data/cache/dalvik? I'd try another wipe of cache and dalvik cache to start with. Easy fix if that works. Otherwise possibly try to reinstall with a full wipe.

I have tried doing both but I'm still having the same problem. After it gets stuck the only way it goes back is for me to recover to stock rom then reinstall cm9. Should I wipe data, cache and dalvik before or after installing? Thanks.
