Help CM9 Ring Issue

I currently have the latest version of CM 9 installed. I have noticed that when I receive phone calls that my phone will only ring once, then continue to vibrate. My issue is that it only rings once. I've looked under settings but cannot find a way to resolve this. Has anyone else had this issue too and is there a fix for this? Thanks your help.

Try a longer ringtone.

I have used both stock and custom ringtones. When I choose the ringtone, and play it, its longer. But when I choose it as default, it only rings once, then it just vibrates. It doesn't appear to be the ringtone because when I play, its longer. Any suggestions?

No, I really don't know what to suggest...
Well, except for the time honored "try a clean install" that nobody wants to hear, but usually works.

I just did some testing and all my custom tones repeat fine.

Just the same old crap... Sometimes a contact with a custom tone will play the default one.
