So thought I'd throw a topic up here since some are using it now.

Running Devils toast 71 right now since 72 does not have 4g working.

Appears version 73 coming sometime soon so maybe that will get the 4g fixed.

Has anyone else seen big memory drain with this? I went to bed at 27% available internal memory and woke up to 2%. Got that fixed by moving stuff around and deleting some things but now watching it steadily drop again. Running the same setup I had on midnight and never saw that issue. Thoughts?

Also running anthrax at 1.4 and 192 with smartass but battery is draining fast. Granted my phone has been screen on (brightness all the way down) for awhile but this still seems crazy fast (down 30% in an hour - did reboot once in there as well). Of course I just recalibrated and am in that cycle so maybe it will improve. Going to drop max speed down more to see if that helps. I love how it runs around 1.5 but can't take the battery drain.

Anyone tried to get visual voice mail working on here? I tried installing the apk and it did install but gave the error message about messages not coming till data comes in. Flipped off wifi but nothing ever happened with voice mails arriving.

I did manage to find a way to center the clock.

Beyond that I do think this rom runs well and is pretty smooth. Just want those couple of issues to be better in my setup.

So part of my battery might have been okay music syncing in the background as that was using a large percentage of what my battery use was to that point. Fixed that as I don't remember having it synced in the past.

i have been using dt 7.1..with my favorite anthrax kernel 2.7.5 clocked at 1400mhz max and 384mhz min. my battery has been a beast.no issues on that note

i read agraben said there was a bad merge between his work and cm and thats how things got jacked up in 7.2..he has already fixed the issues but had problems with his server last night and said he would upload new release today

Yep. Almost done done downloading. Wish he'd get the change log posted but they can be touchy over there so not asking for it :-)

Edit: good someone else fell on the asking about the change log grenade :-)

Ha, yeah, I was also wondering what he changed in 0.7.3. I might test it out again if he gets 4G working correctly. Has your battery life improved any?

Heading back to my 0.7.1 backup since camera seems to be borked on 0.7.3. Too bad because 4g was good to go.

That is the size. When I first tried through 4ext app it failed but then when I was in recovery I tried again and it worked.

From Agrabren on XDA:

Camera update: I know the bug, I'll try to get it fixed shortly.

Developer Update: So things are going to be getting better about releases, both effort and quality. I've finished forking the entire CM repo into a local system, and once I've verified that my build systems can build everything from source, I'll be able to get everything cleaned up and not worry about accidentally clobbering something in the CM trunk (which I accidentally did the other night). I'll also be getting CM10 up with the system, but that'll take a few extra days (one thing at a time).

Because of this change, I'm also going to be able to track which changes break which features, and release two types of builds... Daily and Nightly. The daily ROM will only occur when the ROM has a high enough quality to be a daily driver for everyone. This means no known regressions (like camera). To get there, some people will need to give the Nightly builds a go. Once enough people thumbs-up a nightly build, the code for that nightly (and all prior changes) will be moved into the mainline. I'll work in feature branches, as I've been doing for the kernel on my private server.

So believe me, I'm really trying to reduce the number of regressions we get, and improve the quality, without forcing me to take a bunch of time to do things. It also means I can automate the pushing of released kernels to github, and I can automate the uploading of new ROM builds, so people don't need to wait for me to get back to my PC to upload once a build is complete.

Devil Toast 0.7.3 (CM9 in general i guess) seems to have solved my Chrome problem. Chrome no longer flickers or goes crazy.

Fast burst camera works on 0.7.3. Someone at xda said he was using it, so i downloaded 0.7.3 and tried it myself and yes it does work, it helps until they fix the stock camera, im loving cm9, will love it more when mms gets fix, what kernel you using and how you have it setup?

I am back on midnight right now. For the second night in a row I went to bed and woke up to my internal memory being gone on cm9! Not sure what is happening as I had the same setup but actually less apps and less in the internal memory than I have had on other roms and the memory never really changes on those.

thats really strange..mine is showing only 286mb on internal and 839mb free of my 1.15gb..you dont have your sd partitioned for some reason do you?

Nope. Haven't done anything different on cm9 that I have any other rom. Plenty of memory and no drain right now on midnight.
