to me it just seems a little snappier then cm9 ..especially when paired with nova..transitions and animations..opening and closing of apps etc etc
 
also could someone explain to me what the sweep to lock feature is exactly..how does it work..i have an idea but would like to know for sure..sorry for three seperate posts..

Instead of using the power button to wake your phone , you sweep the capacitive buttons left to right to unlock, right to left to lock.
 
So I changed my prl to sprints latest. Of course I was on a stock based rom. It was successful and I checked to make sure it was successful after restoring my cm9 backup it no longer showed the pro. Could it have been the backup? Any ideas anyone?

I thought they were stopping development of that after the m6 release to start working on JB

Nice screenshot, yours? I always drift back to the sense style, and honestly would be running sense 4 if it wasn't for cm9 and its customizability(is that a word?)

I wanted to exhibit what CM9 with Anthrax Kernel 3.1.1Alpha is like on the HTC Evo V 4g and if you all would be so kind as to drop by my youtube link you can see CM9 on the Evo V 4g with your very own eyes and let me tell you... Running the anorexia rom now. Essentially devil toast but way scaled down as far as what it installs. Pretty much not a lot you don't personally install goes on the phone. Runs smoothly. 4g etc is working (although as with dt no notification on 4g). The nice thing is it is a cm9 that seems to be getting some updates so it may keep going. I really liked aokp but wanted my 4g back.

Hopefully 4g will be coming sometime today for aokp
 
Running anorexia since yesterday, is fast and smooth, good thing is that is not loaded with apps, you could custom it the way you want with your fav apps, and since is cm9 based from DT, you get to customize the themes and looks even more.

only problem i was having was, that i was using latest anthrax kernel with that rom, and was rebooting on calls, and video recording was breaking, i went and installed mac kernel from xda, and have not had any problems is running perfect, also the rom will be getting more updates.

Which version of anthrax. Chad found command lines that were causing reboots.
 
He just uploaded a new version. This doesn't have smartass v2 but man this feels a lot faster. No reboots with swype2wake enabled.
 
Will give it a try, the one im using right now, has smartass v2, and it's stable with this rom im using.
