Root CM9?

I've done some searching and have found a CM9 but its for the EVO 3d plus from what I know it's still in alpha. So I'm wondering, is there a fully working (or at least enough to use on a regular basis) CM9 ROM for this phone? Or even for the EVO 3D? And what are the consequences of flashing an EVO 3D ROM on the EVO 4g?

Also (for anyone who cares) I cant use CM10 because I have WIFI issues with all JB ROM's. I would perfer CM10 but CM9 will have to do.....If it exists that is.

Cm9 is 2.3. Gingerbread which never existed on the evo v (I think)

Thus meaning evo v doesn't have the compatible hboot/firmware to run cm9 even if you did the turn your evo v into a 3d

Nope CM7 is Gingerbread, CM9 is ICS.

There is a cm9 for the evo v built by a developer named jmz who ran away (from these forums :p). It's buried in here somewhere (Google is your friend). :cool:
