I just found out I got wait listed for my first choice college -_______-. So now I can either accept or decline the wait list but I won't know if I get accepted or not until most likely June and I have to send a deposit to the other colleges that accepted me by May 1st.

It sucks but sometimes that's just how things go. That's why it's always a good choice to apply to a lot of schools. Realistically, you don't even know if your first choice was even a good choice until you actually attend. Most students will go to the school and waste 2 years (sometimes more) attending that 'first choice school' and be miserable.
