Thirty four years after events of the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament, a down-and-out Johnny Lawrence seeks redemption by reopening the infamous Cobra Kai dojo, reigniting his rivalry with a now successful Daniel LaRusso.

I came across this Cobra Kai series on Netflix/YouTube Red and I got so say I'm pretty impressed.

nope not in the series......you have to watch it. it is brilliant, especially how everything is flipped around.

I enjoy the show, even though it's a little young. I feel like they could have gotten away with making it a little more mature, assuming the majority of interest will come from people that grew up with Karate Kid.

Regardless, it's entertaining and I thought season 3 was pretty fun!

I watched a couple of episodes but i wasn't really a Karate Kid lover even back when the movie was out.

I tried watching some Cobra Kai, but it seems rather far fetched to me. Like are American high school students really into Karate fighting like that?

I've been in China for 12 years now, and from what I've seen not everyone is Kung Fu fighting.
