Comparison between Nexus and Note

What has the Nexus that the Note doesn t have and vica versa..?

From what I can see the only thing the Nexus has over the Note is ICS. The Note beats the Nexus everywhere else.

Note is gsm only (I think) so probably on AT&T.
Nexus is available on Verizon, so you can make phone calls with it.

Here's a comparison of specs between the two.

Compare phones: Samsung GALAXY Nexus CDMA, Samsung GALAXY Note

Yeah, unfortunately there is no CDMA/LTE Note for verizon. It seems to be only GSM/HSPA+ model.

Will one be able to upgrade the note to Icecream ?

Probably- it may take awhile for the official update as I've heard that Samsung is slow. Rooting will likely be faster.

One complication that may slow ICS for the Note is that android doesn't have native stylus support, so it might take longer to add in.
