Root condemned cm7

Downloading now while making a nandroid backup and flashing in a few minutes *crosses fingers*

downloaded *check*
checked MD5 *check*
nandroid *check*
dalvik wipe *check*
flashed BT Test *check*
Reboot *check*

No change :(
The headset still seemed to be paired, after I turned bluetooth on they briefly connected, but phone rebooted right after.
After reboot bluetooth was still on, turned headset on again. It connected again, but after 1 second disconnected again and phone rebooted.

The third time it seemed to stay connected till I started playing media in the music player. After about 1 second into the song, BT disconnected again and reboot. :( sry

Unpaired the headset and repaired. BT stayed connected, but same thing. It only stayed connected till I started playing media.

OK... I'm gonna start digging through framework.jar then and see if I can find something in there too. Probably won't have anything up on that tonight but hopefully tomorrow night I'll have another test run for you... sorry about the problems.:(
 
Don't have to be sry at all, the rest of the ROM is fantastic! It's my daily driver.
I'm sure you'll figure out what is going on with the bluetooth thing. :)

Try doing these two things:

1. From home, Settings->accounts & sync, tap your google account, and make sure that gmail sync is checked.

2. settings->applications->manage applications->gmail. Tap it, then tap "clear data". After the sync completes, this may solve it.

I do not have the problem (I also do not have 3G problems, CS), but I did have to do number 1 and number 2 above after restoring Gmail from Titanium when I installed. This happens sometimes, most times it does not.

Thanks, in step 1, my gmail sync was not checked, I think this should fix it after I did both steps.
 
Has anyone else noticed this? My USB connected status remains the same whether or not I'm connected to the computer. It says I'm still connected when I'm not.

That happens when I don't stop the USB so it's safe to remove.

My problem, after upgrading to V18.1, is that it doesn't recognize the USB at all so I can't access anything from my computer through USB. Is there another way to delete the hidden secure file?

It sometimes happens to me, too. I just reconnect the USB cable and disconnect again and usually the USB symbol in the notification bar goes away.
That has been happening with my prior ROM as well. Nothing to be worried about though imo.

Does it recognize it in recovery? I've had no problems with that... Just copied 18.2 to the SD card from my laptop to flash in fact. Should be posting links soon for anyone else that would like to test as well.
