Help Confused

I have a Galaxy Tab 2 which I have been using for several months. Recently I have not been able to send or receive any e-mails, the internet works fine on all other apps. I am stumped I have no idea what or where to look for the problem.

I would appreciate any help I can get.

what email app are you using? what happens when you send an email? error? nothing?
