Help connecting bionic to samsung camera

I am having a huge issue with connecting my droid bionic to my new samsung camera via wifi. i havethe camera connected to the wifi and connected to my phone but they will not connect to themselves so that i can transfer pics from the camera to the phone

Seems to me that the question is ... how can I get two WiFi clients to talk to each other? I'm not aware of a way (by design).

I think you will have to enter a request from one device to transfer the data from that device to a staging area (server). You then make a request from the other device to transfer the data from the staging area (server) to that device.

Perhaps you can find a staging area (server) app that runs on one of the devices. If so the other device could contact it and make requests. I'm not aware of such an app.

If it was my problem I would us a PC as the controlling entity, transfer the data on USB cables from/to the devices under the control of the PC and ignore WiFi entirely.
