Help Connectivity Issues

Hi this just started happening the last two days at work. I'll get to work and when I get to my desk it says I have a few bars of 4G and I can connect to the internet and Facebook with no problem. But when I try to place a call, send a text it fails. I can't receive calls either, I restarted the phone to no avail and when I switch to 3G it will show up with a few bars but the 3G symbol will not appear and I can't connect to anything. When I go outside it connected yesterday so I'll try again at lunch, but I've never had a problem at my desk in over a year. Any clue what is happening??

Verizon may be having signal issues in that area. Remember, 4G is currently DATA Only, all voice and sms services are transmitted over Verizon's 3G system. So if you switch to 3G and get no 3G symbol that tells me there is no 3G service in that area....thus no calls or texts.

Until Verizon goes to voice over LTE...
