Root Constant Force Closes?

I rooted my phone and flashed velocity 0.3 today. Whenever I open task killer and click kill it force closes. And when I open rom manager and click back up rom it force closes. I've looked around for help on it but I can't seem to find anything. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

task killers are highly unrecommended. and try a reflash. it may have been a bad flash. wipe data and cache and dalvik cache and try again.

I second what death2all has said. And yeah, do not use task killers, it has been proven that Android runs better without them.

get rommanager from market if you do not have it but it has a fix permissons app built into it that fixes alot of force closes
