I hope someone can give me some advice regarding my HTC Desire.
A couple of months after getting my Desire (Orange branded) it started restarting. It appears to occur when I watched YouTube videos or anything Flash related. The problem escalated. My Desire would restart when it was charging, or running normal tasks. I did a factory reset, removing any installed apps. Still the phone restarts, but now it's even worse. I'll be on a call and it restarts, or doing just about anything really. The phone can get hot, and I'm wondering if it is overheating. Once the phone tries to restart it goes into a constant loop and cannot restart.
I spend more time removing the battery and waiting a while (which is all that will work), than I do using the phone! It's driving me bananas.
Has anyone else had this problem? How much does it cost for Orange or HTC to look at the phone for repair?
