Help Contact view problem with HTC desire X

Hi, i have just bought HTC Desire X as my first andriod phone and tried to Sync my contacts from MS Outlook to my phone. contact are being transferred but most of the contacts are shown only with the first name however some are with full name. i am messed up with my contacts as i could not identify the contact with the first name only. please suggest what to do?? is there something wrong with sync process or its with my phone??

Hi Tahir Zuberi. Welcome to Android Forums. The problem you are having is due to trying to sync between different operating systems. (MS and Android) That's difficult to achieve without some hiccups.
