Help Contacts Transfer

How to transfer contacts from Razor to my new Galaxy Prevail?

I do not know anything about the Razor, but having had to do this on several cell phones, I would say.

1) Do you also have your contacts in Outlook and/or Gmail contacts?

2) Most phone companies will do this for you at no charge. Not sure about Boost.

3) If the Razor has Bluetooth, you can usually transfer them directly from phone to phone.

4) I would recommend setting up a Gmail account on the web and then import all of your contacts into it. This provides a backup of them that will sync to your phone automatically once you setup the gmail.app

5) There are many ways to import these into Gmail, depending upon how you get them out of the Razor.

Sorry, I have not been more specific, but this should give you a pretty good start. Everytime I get a phone I run into the same thing. The last time I was transferring from an old Windows Smartphone into a cheap Samsung Flipphone and Verizon could not figure out who to do it. It turned out that they both had Bluetooth and it turned out to be very easy.....After doing some reading that is.

I would definately recommend getting them into Gmail. That way even if you do a factory reset and lose ALL your data (which is a good idea to do sometimes), you can get them back in a few minutes without even thinking about it.
